Description
Air Fryer Brie with Honey is a quick and elegant appetizer where creamy brie is melted to perfection and topped with honey, herbs, and optional nuts. Served warm with crackers, fruit, or bread, it’s a deliciously easy dish that feels indulgent yet effortless.
Ingredients
1 wheel brie cheese (about 8 oz)
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or thyme/sage)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, roughly chopped (optional)
Fresh fruit (apples, pears, grapes, or berries), for serving
Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
Instructions
- Remove brie from packaging. Leave rind on or trim if desired. Score top in a crisscross pattern.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Line basket with parchment paper.
- Place brie on parchment and drizzle honey mixture over the top. Sprinkle nuts if using.
- Air fry 8–10 minutes, until brie is soft and gooey but not runny.
- Carefully transfer brie to a platter, keeping parchment underneath for easy cleanup.
- Drizzle with extra honey mixture, garnish with rosemary, and serve warm with fruit, crackers, or bread.
Notes
Swap rosemary for thyme or sage for different flavors.
Add dried cranberries, figs, or caramelized onions for variety.
Use chili-infused honey for a spiced twist.
Camembert can be used instead of brie.
Oven method: bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes.
