Description

Air Fryer Grilled Cheese is a quick and easy comfort food classic made with crispy golden bread and gooey melted cheese, ready in under 10 minutes. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or a snack with minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

4 slices sandwich bread

4 slices cheese (2 cheddar, 2 Havarti)

3 Tbsp butter or mayonnaise


Instructions

  1. Spread butter or mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice of bread, spread-side down, into the air fryer basket.
  3. Top with 2 slices of cheese (one cheddar and one Havarti).
  4. Add the second slice of bread on top, spread-side up.
  5. Air fry at 370°F (190°C) for 4 minutes.
  6. Flip the sandwich and cook for another 4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

Try different cheeses like mozzarella, Swiss, provolone, or pepper jack.
