Ingredients
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 large egg, beaten
¼ cup chopped onion
3 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli florets
8 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 dash paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, beaten egg, and chopped onion until smooth.
- Place the frozen broccoli florets in a large bowl. Break them up if necessary, then add the soup mixture. Stir to coat the broccoli.
- Stir in shredded Cheddar cheese and mix well. Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of paprika.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the casserole is golden brown on top and cheese has melted.
