Description

Ingredients

2 oz Baileys Irish Cream

1 oz fresh espresso

1/2 oz coffee liqueur

Ice

Optional garnish: coffee beans, cocoa powder, or cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Brew fresh espresso and let it cool slightly.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Add Baileys, espresso, and coffee liqueur to the shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled and foamy.
  5. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  6. Garnish with coffee beans, or dust lightly with cocoa powder or cinnamon.

Notes

Make it sweeter by adding more coffee liqueur.

Swap Baileys for almond or oat-based cream liqueur for a dairy-free version.
