Ingredients
2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz fresh espresso
1/2 oz coffee liqueur
Ice
Optional garnish: coffee beans, cocoa powder, or cinnamon
Instructions
- Brew fresh espresso and let it cool slightly.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Baileys, espresso, and coffee liqueur to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled and foamy.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with coffee beans, or dust lightly with cocoa powder or cinnamon.
Notes
Make it sweeter by adding more coffee liqueur.
Swap Baileys for almond or oat-based cream liqueur for a dairy-free version.
Use decaf espresso if you want the flavor without caffeine.
Add a splash of chocolate syrup for extra richness.
Shake hard with plenty of ice for a foamy top.
