Description

This Blackstone Garlic Parmesan Chicken combines perfectly grilled chicken with a rich, buttery garlic parmesan sauce, making it a quick, flavorful dinner for any occasion.

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs / 900 g), pounded to even thickness

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes, for heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Rub both sides of the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken on the hot griddle and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, flipping once. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after removing it from the heat.
  4. While the chicken rests, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. If you like a bit of heat, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  5. Slice the chicken and drizzle generously with the garlic parmesan sauce. Garnish with extra parsley for a fresh touch. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Preheating the griddle ensures an even sear and crispy exterior on the chicken.

Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is perfectly cooked every time.

For a fun variation, try cubing the chicken and making chicken kabobs on the Blackstone griddle.

Leftovers can be used in wraps, salads, or gently reheated the next day on the grill.
