Description

This indulgent Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread combines buttery garlic bread with creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and melted cheese for the ultimate comfort food. Quick and easy, perfect as an appetizer, snack, or hearty meal.

Ingredients

Chicken breasts, cut into small pieces

Italian-style loaf of bread

Poultry seasoning (or salt, pepper, garlic powder)

Unsalted butter

Garlic (minced or garlic paste)

Fresh parsley, chopped

Crushed red pepper flakes

Olive oil

Parmesan cheese, shredded

Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken: Toss chicken pieces with olive oil and poultry seasoning. Sauté in a pan over medium heat until golden. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the garlic bread: Slice bread lengthwise. Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Spread over bread and toast at 350°F for 5–10 minutes until golden.
  3. Make the Alfredo sauce: In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and cook until fragrant. Stir in cream, Parmesan, and parsley. Simmer on low until slightly thickened.
  4. Assemble: Spread half the Alfredo sauce over toasted bread. Top with cooked chicken and mozzarella. Pour remaining sauce on top.
  5. Bake: Return to oven at 350°F for 5 minutes, until cheese is melted. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Add spinach, mushrooms, or broccoli for a veggie boost.

Use rotisserie chicken for a shortcut.

Replace mozzarella with provolone or fontina for a different cheesy flavor.

Make it spicy by adding jalapeños or extra red pepper flakes.

Swap heavy cream for half-and-half to lighten it up.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture.
