Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 package (28 oz) frozen tater tots

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). -
Cook the Ground Beef
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned and the onion is tender. Drain excess fat. -
Add the Ingredients
Stir in the black beans, corn, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. -
Assemble the Casserole
