2 cups pancake mix

Instructions
- Preheat a deep fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, eggs, and 4 teaspoons of oil. Mix until smooth and free of lumps.
- Dip the Oreos into the batter, ensuring both sides are fully coated.
- Carefully place the battered Oreos into the deep fryer. Turn occasionally for even frying.
- Fry the Oreos for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
- Once cooked, remove the Oreos from the fryer and drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately, and sprinkle with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness if desired.
