Yogurt Base:

2 cups (500 g) plain Greek yogurt (full fat or low fat)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  2. Make the Yogurt Base: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the Yogurt: Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4-inch thickness.

  5. Press the Toppings: Gently press the toppings into the yogurt to help them adhere.
