Ingredients
14 oz beef kielbasa, sliced into chunks
20 oz can pineapple chunks, juice reserved
For the Glaze:
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp pineapple juice (from can)
For Garnish:
Plain toothpicks
Instructions
- Soak toothpicks in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place a slice of kielbasa on the baking sheet, topping each with a pineapple chunk.
- Whisk together teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and pineapple juice to make the glaze.
- Brush glaze over kielbasa-pineapple bites and insert a toothpick into each.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until heated through and caramelized.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Swap teriyaki for soy sauce and ginger for a flavor variation.
