Ingredients
2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
1 cup wild rice, uncooked
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 onion, diced

1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic, and cook until softened and fragrant.

- Add the wild rice, reduce heat, and simmer until the rice is tender.
