Description
This fresh kiwi citrus dressing is tangy, sweet, and incredibly easy to make. Blended in just 20 seconds, it’s perfect for summer salads, grilled chicken, or even as a zesty marinade. Made with ripe kiwis, citrus juice, honey, and mint, it’s both refreshing and vibrant.
Ingredients
3 ripe kiwis – peeled and chopped
1/2 cup orange juice
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp fresh mint
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp white vinegar
Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender: kiwis, orange juice, olive oil, honey, mint, lime juice, vinegar, and salt.
- Blend for 20 seconds or until smooth. Scrape down the sides and blend again if needed.
- Let sit for 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake well before using as ingredients may separate.
