Description
Salted Caramel Cracker Bites are a quick, no-bake treat made with buttery crackers, gooey caramel, and chocolate, finished with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. Perfect for parties, gifting, or satisfying a sweet craving in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
40 buttery round crackers (like Ritz)
1/2 cup caramel sauce or melted soft caramels
1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable oil
Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange half of the crackers, flat side up.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of caramel onto each cracker, then press a second cracker on top to make a sandwich.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each cracker sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate and place them back on the parchment-lined sheet.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the chocolate before it sets.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate firms up, then store in an airtight container.
Notes
Use dark, milk, or white chocolate depending on your preference.
Add chopped nuts, sprinkles, or a thin layer of peanut butter for extra flavor.
If caramel is too thick, thin with a splash of cream or milk.
These bites can be frozen for up to 2 months.
