Description
These No-Bake Nutella M&M Oatmeal Balls are chewy, chocolatey, and full of crunchy sweetness from mini M&Ms. Made with just a few simple ingredients and no oven required, they’re the perfect easy treat or snack for any occasion.
Ingredients
2 ½ cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread
½ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup mini M&M candies
Instructions
- Mix the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, Nutella, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture becomes thick and sticky.
- Add the M&Ms: Gently fold in mini M&M candies until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Form the balls: Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, roll the mixture into smooth 2-tablespoon-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to help them firm up, or enjoy immediately if desired.
- Store: Once set, transfer the balls to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Use dark chocolate M&Ms or add chia seeds for a healthier twist.
Swap Nutella for peanut butter, almond butter, or cookie butter for variety.
Add chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, or crushed pretzels for extra crunch.
Lightly wet hands or coat with oil to prevent sticking while rolling.
These keep best chilled but can be enjoyed at room temperature.
