2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 (24-ounce) package baby Yukon Gold potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Serve: Allow the potatoes to cool for a few minutes, then use a spatula to carefully lift them from the pan and serve.
