Description

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1 cup crushed pineapple with juice

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)

1 (3-ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix

1/4 cup toasted coconut


Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crushed pineapple with juice, vanilla yogurt, and pistachio pudding mix.
  2. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat on high speed until smooth, creamy, and well combined.
  3. Stir in toasted coconut until evenly mixed.
