- 0.5 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Thinly slice the chicken breasts and vegetables as indicated to ensure even cooking and quick stir-frying.
- Cook chicken: Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly golden. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté vegetables: Using the same skillet, add the sliced onion and cook for 3 minutes until soft. Add minced garlic and diced jalapeño and cook for another minute until fragrant. Then add shredded cabbage and diced orange bell pepper, stirring to combine.
- Add sauce: Pour in the chicken stock, oyster sauce, and soy sauce over the vegetables. Stir well to mix all ingredients and cook for 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still crisp.
- Combine and heat: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and thoroughly mix with the vegetables and sauce. Cook together for an additional 2-3 minutes to blend flavors and heat through evenly.
