Description

Ingredients

2 cups heirloom tomatoes, sliced

1 sheet puff pastry (about 8 oz), thawed

1 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Arrange the sliced heirloom tomatoes evenly on top of the pastry.
