1 (12-ounce) package egg noodles
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning (such as Cavender’s®)
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 (16-ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
1 pint sour cream
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook until tender, about 7-9 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain any excess grease. Season with Greek seasoning, salt, and pepper.

- Add Sour Cream: Stir in sour cream and cook for 5 minutes, or until the mixture is heated through.
- Serve: Serve the beef and mushroom mixture over cooked egg noodles and enjoy!
Notes
Add sautéed onions for extra flavor.
Feel free to add peas, carrots, or spinach for more vegetables.
Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
