Description

A rich, creamy, cheesy spinach dip made with simple ingredients and ready in under 30 minutes—perfect warm or cold for parties, gatherings, or quick appetizers.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

2 tsp garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1 tbsp parsley, chopped

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the parmesan, 1 cup of mozzarella, and squeezed spinach until fully combined.
  4. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the top is golden and the cheese is fully melted.
  6. Broil for 1–2 minutes if you prefer a crispier top.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve warm or cold.

Notes

Add chopped artichokes for extra texture.

Mix in red pepper flakes for heat.

Use Monterey Jack instead of mozzarella for a creamier pull.

Serve with vegetables, crackers, tortilla chips, or bread.
