Ingredients

Cooking spray

1/2 pound ground beef

1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1/3 cup water

1/4 cup salsa

2 tablespoons taco seasoning

1 CAULIPOWER Three Cheese Pizza

1/4 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon Mexican-style hot sauce

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 Roma tomato, diced

1 jalapeño pepper, sliced (optional)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

1/4 cup tortilla strips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Grease a large skillet with cooking spray. Cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease.

  • Add black beans, water, salsa, and taco seasoning to the skillet. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes.

  • Unwrap the CAULIPOWER Three Cheese Pizza and place it on a baking sheet. Spread the beef-bean mixture over the pizza crust and top with shredded pepper Jack cheese.

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Let the pizza cool for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix sour cream and hot sauce in a small bowl, then place it in the fridge.

  • Top the pizza with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, jalapeño (optional), cilantro (optional), and tortilla strips.

  • Drizzle the sour cream and hot sauce mixture over the pizza.

Notes

Vegetarian Option: Swap the ground beef for soy crumbles or ground turkey.

Dairy-Free Option: Use dairy-free sour cream and cheese.

Add More Veggies: Feel free to add bell peppers, red onions, or corn for extra flavor.
