Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup chopped candied pecans
Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, Parmesan, sour cream, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and fluffy.
- Fold in half of the candied pecans.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with the remaining pecans.
- Drizzle lightly with extra honey and garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired.
- Serve with crackers, crostini, apple slices, or pretzels.
Notes
Make ahead: Prepare up to a day in advance, but add honey drizzle and pecans right before serving.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Variations: Swap some cream cheese for goat cheese, add lemon juice, dried cranberries, or red pepper flakes.
Not suitable for freezing, as the texture changes.
