Description

A creamy, sweet, and savory cheese dip made with whipped cream cheese, Parmesan, honey, and crunchy candied pecans. Perfect for parties, holiday spreads, or cozy snacking.


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp sour cream

2 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/3 cup chopped candied pecans

Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, Parmesan, sour cream, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Fold in half of the candied pecans.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with the remaining pecans.
  4. Drizzle lightly with extra honey and garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired.
  5. Serve with crackers, crostini, apple slices, or pretzels.

Notes

Make ahead: Prepare up to a day in advance, but add honey drizzle and pecans right before serving.

Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Variations: Swap some cream cheese for goat cheese, add lemon juice, dried cranberries, or red pepper flakes.

Not suitable for freezing, as the texture changes.
